Keesha Kuntz M.A., LPC

Keesha understands that taking a step toward change, growth, or improvement can be challenging or uncertain, but she would be honored to help you through these steps. She believes talk therapy can be incredibly beneficial to individuals and families and has over 10 years of experience.

Keesha graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. Her primary treatment method is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT, but all therapy is tailored to the individual, can be client driven, and can include a variety of additional treatment strategies. CBT has been shown to be an effective treatment for many mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress, and/or trauma. By making a commitment to therapy you are choosing to work to be healthy in your thinking, behaviors/actions, and choices. Other treatment tools include mindfulness practices, behavior modification, parenting education, and gratitude practices.

We have been inspired by the incredible power and significance of hope, and have felt drawn to the passage “We have this hope like an anchor…”. Keesha wants to offer hope to you and your situation, while understanding it is equally important to help cultivate hope in your own life and in yourself.

Outside of work Keesha enjoys time with her husband and twin daughters. She enjoys watching football and soccer, going for runs, listening to podcasts, reading, and music. She appreciates gathering together with family and friends, and is grateful for a tremendous support system to help delight in this life.
