Welcome and thank you for finding us. We are a group practice providing therapeutic services in Owasso, Oklahoma and the surrounding community.

Often times life can leave us in situations that cause us to feel like the floor has fallen out from under us and we need a little bit of help with how to get through it. Therapy is a proven method to improve your ability to address difficulties that you may be currently facing and get you on a positive path to change and well-being. We will work together to better understand and resolve challenges you may be currently facing. By applying evidence-based therapy approaches and techniques, we will seek to alleviate challenges that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Our therapists have been trained in a variety of proven methods and approaches to meet your therapeutic needs. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, we offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. Utilizing these methods and approaches, we provide therapeutic services to address a variety of area such as:

We are able to see clients age 7 and up.

Our office hours are:

Monday through Thursday - 9:00am to 5:00pm (4:00pm is the last appointment hour of the day)

Friday - 9:00am to 12:00pm ( 11:00am is the last appointment hour of the day)
