Krista Quigley M.Ed., LPC

Krista graduated from the University of Oklahoma (twice - BOOMER SOONER) and began her counseling career almost 14 years ago. She has had a lot of experience working with children and adolescents in numerous settings (residential care, alternative education, public and private schools). During her time in private practice she has also enjoyed working with adults, families, couples and has a passion for working with military members and their families.

Krista is a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist but believes in flexibility depending upon the need of the client. She is largely solution focused and will make her best efforts to get you in, get you the help you need, and get you on your way to a healthier life. Being client led, you will determine what issues and areas you would like to work on and she will help walk alongside you as you make that journey.

Some of the most common issues she works with are: depression, anxiety, oppositional children/adolescents, suicidal adolescents, female issues, relationship issues and adjustment problems.

When not in the office Krista enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. She loves working out, spending time with friends, serving at her local church, traveling and being outside. Her goal is to impact the community by providing strong mental health care and hope for those who are struggling.

"We have this hope, as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure..." Heb 6:19
